Certified Nutritionist, Holistic Integrative Health Coach Lisa Drew

Originally from the East Coast, I made the life-changing move to California in 2018, landing in beautiful San Diego in 2020, just as the world was adjusting to the pandemic. I have two incredible kids, now in their 20s, who continue to inspire me on this wellness journey. My passion for health and fitness has spanned over two decades. Growing up with asthma and autoimmune challenges I didn’t fully understand until adulthood fueled my desire to uncover the root of my health issues. In 2009, I became a certified nutritionist, not only to heal my own body but to raise my children with a foundation of wellness. In 2010, Lisa Drew Wellness was born with the mission of showing others that healthy living doesn’t have to be restrictive or boring—it’s about embracing a holistic approach that encompasses food, relationships, career, finances, and more. In 2021, I proudly graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and continued to expand my knowledge with additional courses to better serve my clients on their unique wellness journeys. My work primarily focuses on women's health, with special attention to gut health, autoimmune disorders specifically Celiac disease and Hashimoto's, perimenopause and menopause, and overcoming disordered eating and eating disorders. As a survivor of domestic abuse, my greatest joy is empowering women to heal and transform their lives—mind, body, and spirit. I guide them toward becoming the best version of themselves, with a focus on lasting, positive change. WellFit Fusion by Lisa Drew Wellness embodies my philosophy of encouragement, inspiration, and holistic transformation. Our mission is to empower women who have endured years of dieting by guiding them to cultivate a sustainable and joyful connection with food. We strive to facilitate a transformation in their relationship with themselves, enabling them to reclaim empowerment and achieve their long-awaited goals. Committed to fostering vibrant lives, we provide guidance for a holistic healthy lifestyle – emotionally, physically, and mentally. Our focus extends beyond conventional health, emphasizing the importance of living in the moment, conquering fear, and pursuing dreams.
