What works for one person won't necessarily work for another. Start where you are. You don't need to make this bigger than it needs to be. Today is a new day. The 7 Day Healthy Living Jumpstart takes you out of diet mode and into healthy living with practical tools, information and recipes. Yes, you will be eating whole, good for you food. Healthy does not mean boring! Let's get started!

Health and wellness is my passion! I love what I do! What's not to love? I get people healthy for a living! I have been in the health, fitness and wellness industry for 20yrs. When did it start? Well, I gained weight in college and was really down on myself. When I finished school I was 30 pounds overweight and hated myself. I vowed to do something about it. I did all the fad diets without success because I always gained it back, not all of the weight but most of it. I exercised for hours each day too. I knew there had to be a healthier way for lasting weight loss and optimum health!It was the beginning of my personal journey of health and wellness. I am a big foodie at heart, I turned my love of food into learning and understanding more about it, not just for me but for my children. I want them to grow up in great health. The biggest lesson learned is that it's not just about food but about a healthy lifestyle in mind~body~spirit. I had to get my mind healthy too. That is the most important piece of the puzzle! I got rid of all the negative in my life. I now surround myself with positive successful people. I am a domestic abuse survivor. I am telling you this to give you hope! I could've went back to my old ways and bad habits but I didn't. I turned my love of food, health and wellness into my life's work and got certified!!! My passion is helping people live their healthiest lives! My goal is to help people feel better about themselves inside and out no matter the age.  I have the tools for living a happy, healthy life and I want to share them with you! In addition, I offer specialized plans for those with Celiac Disease, Heart Disease and Diabetes. All sessions are confidential.I am dedicated to teaching you how to stop dieting and live a healthy lifestyle; integrating wellness, fitness, nutrition and a healthy frame of mind, body and spirit. Because of this methodology, my clients come from referrals. I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
